Problem

Ok,

13/06/2010 20:00 the day that it happend.
I had played the whole day, just like any other day.

I log in and find: THIS ACOUNT HAS BEEN TERMINATED DUE THE USE OF 3rd PARTY PROGRAMS.
Some Donkey ass son of a bitch probably made it look like i was hacking, recorded it and got me banned.

I've send numerious (13) mails to ijji forward and back so far. They are investigating the process.
I've send them video's showing someone using a hack that made it look like i was hacking (you can clearly see it's not me when you look carefull).
Think the GM's were lazy and were like; oh another noob BAN HIM

So far my story,
made a new acc, name: iUberinger.

Lets hope this all gets fixed, if it doesn't I have a mail ready i want you all to send to them.
I want this BS solved, so any idea's/tips/hints/what to do's are welcome!

it is general knowledge that those hacks exists. they cannot ban you, legally, for that, if the hack can be used on other people. Tell them that.

after sending another mail with a replay, they send me this back.
this means i'm fucked by ijji. I now lost 1800 coins worth of prems and a lvl 68 50 43 and 31.

Alltough, i know someone (you know him too dwight) that got his account back becuz he got like 50 people sending a mail to ijji about the situation.
I will try this, so could use some help to make a good mail i can send them (i know like 25-30 people who will send this right away).

That is the standard copy and paste format of the ijji helpdesk. They don't want work; everyone knows that.

Try and contact GM_Wormwood, since he's the only one who actually DOES work. Ask him if he knows about the hack that drops meds on others, and tell him that you got banned because of that.

Therefore, you can sue ijji, because they banned your account without a good reason, since the account is worth 180 euro's (which you can get back ofcource). (IF they don't give your account back).

omg that sucks ....

i also had that 1 time that a person used that hack... luckely nothing happened to me...

but if you need that email to be send eventually...

maybe dwight can send a pm to everyone in the community with that email asking everyone to send it...
imagine them getting 200 emails about it

i was playing with 2 admins yday, i asked 'how come ppl get banned without a reason?' they just ignored..

I just sent them an email about you, hope that will be any help bro.
