Rules for recruiting trainees

Well, to start, they must have potential to get better, they must NOT ego and they are nice friendly people, they have to be willing to train with you regulary, be nice to them as well, do not abuse your powers of teaching them, if they start getting annoyed while trying certains stuff, try something else and come back to it, there can be other clan members helping out as well, but trainees will have their own trainer, each player can have a maximum of up to 3 trainees, just try to have fun, make friends with the trainees, the better you connect with them the more likely they will learn faster and feel more confident

Note: if the trainee decides he wont train with you regulary or gives you abuse/egos you for no reason(record the training if you could please incase this happens) then just kick them

Also if theres any sugestions of other ideas, please put forward and i will consider using them

Hmmmm, If every player can have 3 trainees, and we all accept them into our guild, we will be full of noobs in no time ^^

Perhaps it's smarter to put on a max amount of trainees for the entire guild, like a maximum of 5 trainees for Interference.

Either way, I call using 1 trainee (Bigondra) ^^

urm, i dont think every1 will take on a trainee, thats why i said 3, but, considering if every1 did have 3 each, your right, so we will stick to 1 for now, plus gunz is quite dead so theres not that many people on nowadays, i just want to try something new, like a training academy sort of thing

Ye I've noticed the decrease of active Gunz users on Ijji. Only the oldgens are remaining, and even still, those are getting tired of the game. I'm not off course, this is the only online game I still play (except the occasional PS3 gaming) .

Newgens are quitting because Oldgens are making the game too hard to learn, learning those moves isn't made for everyone. It's quite sad, but it's good in a way as well.

Now we have a solid community where most people know each other. I'm not sure how long this will go on though, but I hope it'll last some time. There isn't any other game as exciting for me as gunz.

I didn't read everything, but whenever you train someone, you really have to give him tips and don't be scared to be harsh. He needs to understand that he is not as good as he thinks he is, and if he doesn't agree, just send him tourney replays of top players.
Worked well with 0mega/Requora, now he is even better than me.
